Introduction: Ufology Has Always Been a Half-Science

Ever since Kenneth Arnold spotted those “flying saucers” in 1947, ufology has been trapped in an uncomfortable limbo. On one hand, we have empirical evidence: thousands of documented cases, military pilots, radar returns, declassified Pentagon videos. On the other, the traditional academic community has looked the other way, arguing that “there isn’t enough proof” or that “it’s not real science.”

But what if the problem isn’t the evidence—what if it’s the methodology?

That’s the question at the heart of my book, Beyond the Veil. And my answer is that ufology has never been complete science because it has lacked a unifying model. It has been like having thousands of puzzle pieces without knowing what image they form.

What Hynek and Vallée Got Right… and Where They Fell Short

J. Allen Hynek (1910–1986)

The creator of the close encounter classification system was a rigorous scientist. As a consultant for the U.S. Air Force’s Project Blue Book, Hynek went from skeptic to believer that at least 6% of cases were inexplicable with known terrestrial technology. His classification system (CE1, CE2, CE3) remains the standard to this day.

But Hynek stopped at description. He classified the phenomenon but never built a theory to explain it. He was an excellent taxonomist, not a unifying theorist.

Jacques Vallée (1939–)

The French astrophysicist went a step further. In his books, Vallée proposed that UFOs weren’t necessarily extraterrestrial in the classical sense, but rather manifestations of an “interdimensional reality” or a control system for human consciousness. His “control system” hypothesis is fascinating.

But Vallée swings too far in the opposite direction: he proposes an explanation so broad and abstract that it becomes practically unfalsifiable. His model explains everything and nothing at once. What does “interdimensional reality” actually mean? How do you test it?

The Qualitative Leap in “Beyond the Veil”

My book is neither a classification system nor an abstract theory. It is a unifying hypothesis that connects five domains never before integrated:

1. Philosophy and Epistemology → Why can’t mainstream science process this phenomenon? Because its method (Popperian falsificationism) is insufficient for low-frequency, high-anomaly events.
2. Comparative Mythology → Why do 20 disconnected cultures share the same narrative structure? (A great flood, a creator god, a promise of return). This isn’t coincidence—it’s historical memory.
3. Archaeology and Engineering → Puma Punku isn’t “stone carved by artisans.” It’s an industrial-grade precision project that we cannot replicate today without advanced engineering tools. And when the Spanish chroniclers asked the Incas who built it, they laughed and said: “The gods did it in a single night.”
4. Applied Theoretical Physics → The Alcubierre metric (1994), negative mass (demonstrated in 2017), quantum energy teleportation (demonstrated in 2023), and my original contribution: the Revoredo Mechanism for intergalactic travel via the conversion of baryonic matter into tachyonic matter.
5. Contemporary Empirical Evidence → The 1950 orbital transients (22 sigma certainty, 2025 studies in Scientific Reports and PASP), the Pentagon’s FLIR, GIMBAL, and GO FAST videos, and the 2023 congressional testimonies given under oath.

The Giga Hypothesis: The First Theory That Explains Everything

My book proposes, as a working hypothesis, that:

We were created (or genetically modified) by an older civilization, originating from a more favorable region of the galaxy (13,000 light-years from the galactic center, versus our 26,000 light-years), who designed us as their “Plan B” when their home world began to collapse due to their star’s death.

This hypothesis explains:

• Why all religions share the same core: It’s not coincidence—it’s the same historical event, interpreted by cultures that lacked the vocabulary to describe the technology they witnessed.
• Why OOPARTS exist: They are the remnants (whether mistakes or deliberate clues) of that advanced technology. The only thing that survives 12,000 years is stone; computers and spacecraft disintegrate.
• Why we can’t find the “missing link”: Because there was no linear evolution. There was direct genetic hybridization. There is no extraterrestrial biological signature because all our DNA comes from the same original template.
• Why the Pentagon’s videos show objects that defy physics: Because they use Alcubierre-style spacetime warping and hyperspace travel—technologies our engineering hasn’t mastered yet, but which theoretical physics already describes.

Conclusion: Ufology Comes of Age

Ufology has been, for decades, a descriptive science. My book transforms it into an explanatory and predictive science.

Not because I have absolute answers, but because I offer a working model that:

• Integrates all available evidence.
• Respects known physical laws.
• Proposes concrete mechanisms (Alcubierre, Revoredo) that can be debated, refined, or refuted.
• Explains why religions, myths, and OOPARTS all point in the same direction.

Ufology doesn’t need to be a pseudoscience. It needs to be taken seriously by engineers, physicists, and archaeologists. That’s what I’ve tried to do.
