Throughout the 20th century, mainstream science shut down any serious debate about extraterrestrial visitation with a single physical argument: “Distances in the cosmos are insurmountable; nothing can travel faster than light” [3]. But the 21st century has torn down that wall. Today, theoretical physics can demonstrate that hyperspace travel and superluminal velocities are not fantasies, but would be direct consequences of the laws of space [4].
Yet in opening this door, many fear that faith and spirituality will crumble. Nothing could be further from the truth. When we bring cutting-edge physics together with humanity’s sacred texts, we find that science does not deny God; on the contrary, it may be decoding the grand plan of creation.
