Have you ever gazed at the night sky and felt, beyond its vastness, a strange familiarity? The sensation that cosmic loneliness is, perhaps, a mirage born from our own limitations?

Science tells us the story of a beginning: a Singularity. A state where the concepts of space, time, matter, and energy as we know them ceased to exist. It was the “Before” of the Big Bang. The logical question is inevitable: if everything physical was absent, what, or who, remained?

Nothingness, by definition, cannot exist nor bear witness to itself. If something endured in that eternal primordial state, it could only be a fundamental Observing Consciousness, the pure capacity to “be” and “to witness.” Some traditions call it “I Am That I Am.” It is the only variable that logic cannot eliminate from the equation of origin.

Then, the great creative explosion occurred: the Big Bang. Spacetime, matter, and energy unfolded into a vast universe (or most likely, a multiverse). And that primordial Observing Consciousness, fragmenting and filtering through the new fabric of reality, became finite. It was distributed across eons and galaxies, like light from a single source passing through countless prisms.

And here emerges the crucial point that UFO science and unexplained encounters force us to consider: If Observing Consciousness is an intrinsic and distributed property of the universe, does it truly make sense to believe it reached its “peak” only on a small blue planet? Logic suggests the opposite. It is far more probable that the capacity to “be,” “observe,” and, in time, “comprehend” and “travel,” has flourished at multiple points in the cosmos, in different times and forms.

This is not merely about “faith.” It is about observation and deduction. We observe aerial phenomena that defy our known physics. We observe consciousness within ourselves (the “I think, therefore I am”). We deduce a primordial consciousness from the logic of origin (for we are finite beings with an awareness of the infinite).

Connecting these points is not fantasy; it is linking evidence. As aptly noted by a figure who taught about greater truths: “He who has ears to hear, let him hear. He who has eyes to see, let him see.” It is an invitation to observe without prejudice, to think without fear, to connect the dots that orthodoxy keeps separate, and above all, to know that we have the capacity to understand through reason, even the great truths that may not be so straightforward to comprehend.

Therefore, thinking we are not alone is not a blind leap of faith. It is the most parsimonious conclusion when considering all the evidence: that of the cosmos, that of our own minds, and that of countless testimonies throughout history.

What if “contact” is a re-cognition? The encounter of fragments of the same primordial consciousness, reuniting after a journey of billions of years?

In my book “Beyond the Veil: Uncovering the truth about UFO´s” I explore with rigor this logic that unites the Big Bang, the nature of consciousness, and the UFO phenomenon. It is not a book of beliefs, but of connections. For those who are ready to see beyond the sky…
